What is it?
The Dossier Utente is the personal reserved area. You will have access to Dossier Utente throughout your academic career. Check your Dossier Utente frequently to stay up to date on the status of the benefits you have applied for.
Please note that ER.GO sends all official communications in the Corrispondenza e Protocollo > Comunicazioni inviate da ER.GO section of your Dossier Utente. All communications sent to you via Dossier Utente will have the same legal validity as those sent by mail.

How can you log in the Dossier Utente
Digital Identity
If you have an official and permanent residency in Italy, you must access your reserved area by using a digital identity: SPID, CIE or CNS.
Credentials
If you don’t have your official and permanent residency in Italy, you can access your reserved area by using specific credentials.
Are you an international student?
If you do not have an Italian ID and do not yet have university credentials to access the Dossier, please contact us at ergoid@er-go.it.
All students who can access the Dossier but use this email address will be redirected to the SCRIVI email ticketing service.
What's in the Dossier?
The Dossier Utente stores all data related to your requests. Among its most important features, you can:
view the requested benefits and see the rankings | Fascicolo Personale section |

communicate with ER.GO via the SCRIVI service | see the Dossier Utente menu bar |
submit the documents requested by ER.GO (e.g., domicile documentation, economic documentation, payment receipts, etc.) | Corrispondenza e Protocollo > Invia documentazione section |
view all the application forms you filled in and submitted documents | Corrispondenza e Protocollo > Documenti protocollati section |
submit or update your IBAN and make payments via PagoPA | Situazione economica, documenti fiscali e PagoPa section |
generate and display the QR code for using the catering service | Badge virtuale per la ristorazione section |
fill out specific forms (variation of domicile, accommodation assignment, etc.) | Modulistica section |
