ER.GO International Desk
The ER.GO ID service is designed to help students who are having troubles accessing the Dossier Utente and Online Application platforms.
In particular, it is reserved to students who don’t have an Italian identity document and still don’t have the university credentials.
If you already have access to the Dossier Utente and the Online application platforms, you need to contact us via the SCRIVI email ticketing service for any question.
If you make improper use of the ER.GO ID service, you will not receive a reply.
How to get a University email address
You can get a university email address even if you haven’t enrolled yet.
If you are going to study to University of Bologna (Unibo), you can request your credentials by registering here.
If you are going to study to University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (Unimore), you can request your credentials by registering here.
If you are going to study to University of Parma (Unipr), you can request your credentials by registering here.
If you are going to study to University of Ferrara (Unife), you can obtain your university credentials through the ER.GO website . FOLLOW THIS PATH:
1. Open our platform
2. From the dropdown menu, select the branch FERRARA
3. Select Students WITHOUT university access credentials
4. Click on registrarsi
5. Fill in the form and then log in with your newly created credentials
