If you have an official residency in Italy, you must access your reserved area by using a digital identity: SPID, CIE, CNS or eIDAS
What's the SPID?
SPID is the Public Digital Identity System. It’s a necessary requirement to log into the services of the Public Administrations and private subjects who adopted it.

What's the CIE?
The CIE is the Electronic Identity Card. It represents the citizens’ digital identity and allows access to the online services of the Public Administrations.

The CNS is the National Services Card. It’s a tool used to check your identity on the web and allows you to use the online services of the public administrations.
