SCRIVI - mail ticketing service
Use the mail ticketing service if you have questions about your personal situation, your position in the ranking list, the documentation you already uploaded and that you still must upload, ecc. This is the correct channel to get an in-depth response: your request is managed by the office actually in charge of that specific issue.
The response time varies according to different factors: the complexity of the question, the number of messages we must deal with, the need to involve many offices, etc. We do answer to all tickets: wait for the necessary time! Please, don’t open new conversations on the same topic.
CHIAMA - telephone helpline
If you have general questions about how the benefits work or if you need clarifications about complex topics, you can call us by telephone. If you have specific questions about your personal situation (for example documents to submit or already submitted, suspension of the scholarship or conditions in the ranking list, payment situation, check of the academic achievements, ecc.), you must use SCRIVI service.
The call center is available in the following hours:
From November 16th until July 14th
- Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 AM to 12.30 PM
- Mondays and Wednesdays from 2 PM to 4 PM
From July 15th until November 15th
- from Mondays to Thursdays, from 10 AM to 12.30 PM
- Mondays from 2 PM to 4 PM
- Wednesdays from 4 PM to 6 PM

If you don’t have an Italian identity document and you still don’t have the university credentials to access your Dossier Utente, you can contact us at the following address ergoid@er-go.it
All students who can access the Dossier Utente but use this email, will be answered to use SCRIVI service.

ER.GO organizes several webinars during the whole academic year, giving you the opportunity to meet our staff and go in depth into specific aspects of the competition announcement and the procedure you must follow.
