SCRIVI - mail ticketing service

Use the mail ticketing service if you have questions about your personal situation, your position in the ranking list, the documentation you already uploaded and that you still must upload, ecc. This is the correct channel to get an in-depth response: your request is managed by the office actually in charge of that specific issue.
The response time varies according to different factors: the complexity of the question, the number of messages we must deal with, the need to involve many offices, etc. We do answer to all tickets: wait for the necessary time! Please, don’t open new conversations on the same topic.

CHIAMA - telephone helpline

If you have general questions about how the benefits work or if you need clarifications about complex topics, you can call us by telephone.
If you have specific questions about your personal situation (for example documents to submit or already submitted, suspension of the scholarship or conditions in the ranking list, payment situation, check of the academic achievements, ecc.), you must use SCRIVI service.
The call center is available in the following hours: - Mondays and Wednesdays from 2 PM to 4 PM
- Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 AM to 12.30 PM

Meet us

Online and in-person information desks

If you need to speak with us, you can book a meeting to the online or in person information desk of your University city.
Information desks are meant to explain further the topics of the Call for Application and to clarify general doubts.
For all the specific situations (i.e. ER.GO Accommodations, checks on foreign documents, checks on merit requirements, domicile documents, etc) please open a ticket on SCRIVI: your request will be taken in charge by the competent office.
Please, remember that at our information desks it is forbidden to share or present italian or foreign documents for privacy reasons.

Webinars

ER.GO organizes several webinars during the whole academic year, giving you the opportunity to meet our staff and go in depth into specific aspects of the competition announcement and the procedure you must follow.
You can find events on many topics, for example: assignment of the accommodation and of the scholarship, ranking lists, domicile documentation, documentation for international student ecc.
