The withdrawal from your studies is the formal deed with which you officially interrupt your enrollment in your course of university studies, before obtaining the degree title.

Withdrawal before 31 July results in the loss of ER.GO benefits, and you will be required to repay any money and service received.

Yes, you must submit your withdrawal after 31 July. If you submit it before then, your enrolment will be cancelled and, consequently, you will no longer be eligible for benefits.

Yes. Please note, however, that you can only receive benefits once per academic year: if your application is successful, and you have already received a scholarship for the first year, you will have to repay it; or, if you decide to keep it, you can apply from the second year onwards.

Recognised credits or credits refer to credits earned during a previous university programme and deemed valid by the University for the new degree programme as well, for example following withdrawal or transfer. However, they are not always counted by ER.GO towards the merit requirement set out in the call for applications for the benefits.

No. The recognised credits will not be counted for the purposes of the benefits, not even in subsequent years.

Yes, you can. However, in order to be eligible for benefits, you will be required to have the credits specified for the year of study to which you have been admitted. Any credits recognised from your previous studies may be counted towards your eligibility for benefits
