You can apply for a refund using the online form: once you have completed it, it will be submitted automatically. Once you have finished submitting the form, you will see a message confirming that it has been successfully received by the office in charge. It will assess your request and, if it is approved, will issue the refund. See here for details.

The processing time for refund requests is a minimum of 90 days. Refunds are generally issued on a three-monthly basis. Once you have submitted your request, please allow the necessary time for processing.
