You can apply for the ER.GO international mobility grant by ticking the relevant box on the “Benefici a concorso” form, even if you’re not yet sure whether you’ll be taking part in projects of this kind. Please note: the ER.GO international mobility grant is not the MUR integration grant.

You can withdraw your application for the ER.GO international mobility grant via the SCRIVI email ticketing service, before the grant is assigned. If instead you have received a notification in your Dossier Utente “Rinuncia al beneficio a favore della borsa di studio di importo Fuori sede/Pendolare”, you can waive it by going to Dossier > Modulistica > Fai la tua scelta and clicking on the button "Rinuncia al contributo mobilità internazionale a favore della borsa di studio Fuori Sede/Pendolare".

Yes, but it is only compatible with scholarships awarded with the Resident amount. If you have been awarded a scholarship with the Commuter or Non Resident amount and you accept the ER.GO international mobility grant, your scholarship will be recalculated at the Resident amount. Upon assignment, you will receive a notification via your Dossier Utente explaining which option is most advantageous for you. You can then decide whether or not to decline the grant.

No. You can only be assigned the ER.GO international mobility grant if you are also eligible for the ER.GO scholarship for the academic year for which you have applied for the grant.

It is an additional grant to those provided by the University (Erasmus+ and MUR), with a maximum amount of €600 per month. The grant assigned is calculated by taking the difference between the maximum threshold of €600 per month and the grants received from the University (Erasmus and MUR), divided by the number of months spent abroad. If the university grants exceed €600 per month, the ER.GO international mobility grant is reduced to zero.

Yes, if the academic institution, having more funds to allocate to its mobility projects, increases the amounts allocated to students. In this case, the grant provided by ER.GO may be reduced or withdrawn entirely.

The ER.GO international mobility grant can be applied for in relation to both Erasmus and Overseas projects.

The ER.GO international mobility grant is an additional grant to those provided by your academic institution. The Erasmus+ grant is funded by the European Union and paid out by your academic institution.

You must fill in the personal Data and economic Data forms in the application portal, within the deadlines set by your academic institution. You do not need to submit a separate application: simply completing these two forms is sufficient.
