How to complete the Benefits Application form

This refers to the year in which the student first enrolled at any academic institution.

You are considered a ‘repeating student’ if you have not completed all the required modules for a particular year of study and must therefore repeat that year. If you are enrolled in the first year as a repeating student, because you failed to pass the OFA exams, you will be assessed, for the purposes of benefits, on the basis of the year of your first enrolment.

If you have yet to complete your Bachelor’s degree and wish to enrol on a Master’s degree programme, you can apply for benefits as a Master’s student by selecting the “conditional enrolment” option rather than “regular enrolment”. Payment of the scholarship and the allocation of accommodation will be suspended pending enrolment, which must be completed by the specified deadlines.

The ER.GO scholarship may be awarded for a maximum period equal to the duration of the degree programme in which you are enrolled, plus one extra semester. You are considered to be in your final year over the standard duration, when you enrol in the first year beyond the maximum duration of your degree programme.

You must select "fuori corso finale".

AFAM institutions do not submit their students’ academic records electronically to ER.GO, so you will need to self-declare the credits you have achieved on the application form. The institutions will verify this information after your application has been submitted.
