You can only apply for benefits once the call for applications has been published, which is usually in early July each year, and you must meet the deadlines specified.
Yes, you can apply even if you haven’t enrolled yet. For your application to be valid, you must enrol by the deadlines set out in the call for applications. Failure to enrol by the deadline will result in the loss of eligibility for benefits.
Yes, you can apply in more than one region. If you do not enrol in Emilia-Romagna, you will need to let us know via the SCRIVI email ticketing service, asking us to cancel your application for benefits.
Yes. Apply by selecting the campus and degree programme you are most likely to enrol in. If you enrol at a campus or on a degree programme other than the one specified in your application, please let us know afterwards via the SCRIVI email ticketing service. ER.GO will transfer your application to the campus and degree programme you have actually chosen.
Yes, on the Benefits form, under “Type of Enrolment”, select “conditional” instead of “regular”. Once you have graduated, please use SCRIVI to notify us of the date, your final degree mark and the course from which you graduated, as well as the course you are enrolling in. ER.GO will then remove the conditional status.
ER.GO does not provide benefits for students attending a Professional Master’s Programme in Emilia-Romagna.
You can cancel any forms you have filled in incorrectly (by following the steps in reverse order) and fill them in again, provided you do so before the application deadline.
Yes. You must send us a message via the SCRIVI email ticketing service, formally stating your intention to waive the benefits, specifying your reasons (e.g. you withdrew from your studies, you did not enrol at University in Emilia-Romagna, etc.)
