How to apply for accommodation

Submit your application for benefits by the deadlines set out in the call for applications. If you meet the economic and merit criteria, you will be placed on a ranking list and invited to the assignment in order of priority. The assignment of accommodation is not guaranteed: there are not always enough places for all eligible applicants.

Only for the Parma, Modena and Reggio Emilia campuses is it possible to indicate a preference regarding the accommodation (not the room type) on the Benefits form; this will be taken into account subject to availability.
