If you need assistance in filling in the application, you can go to one of the CAF offices with an agreement with ER.GO.

Check the PDF below and look for the closest affiliated CAF office.

After spotting the CAF office of interest, make an appointment.

Access your reserved area and fill in the "Delega al CAF" form. Only after you can go to your appointment.

When the CAF office has filled out the application, remember to finalize it with the PIN that you will get by email or SMS.
