What is it?
The scholarship is a financial aid: it’s a sum of money that you can use to pay for the expenses that you must face during your studies.
It is assigned according to a public call for applications to eligible students who meet the requirements set out in the competition announcement.
REQUIREMENTS
In order to be eligible for the benefits, you must meet all the following three requirements:
- Economic requirement: you must submit by the deadlines the documentation required by the competition announcement, which will be used to calculate your equivalent for the ISEE and which must be below the established thresholds.
- Merit requirements: in order to access the benefits and confirm their assignment, you must get a minimum number of credits for each academic year. See the tables.
- Enrollment requirements: in order to apply for benefits, you must finalize your enrollment at the university by the enrollment deadlines set out in the competition announcement. If you already attended one or more academic year in another course/university in Italy, please contact us via the SCRIVI service.
ATTENTION! Until your career is correctly active in your Secretariat, your position in the ranking list will be suspended.
How can you get it?
Every academic year you must submit the application, even if you are not enrolled yet at the university or at one of the Higher Institutes for Art and Music (AFAM). The deadlines set out in the competition announcement are mandatory and cannot be postponed.

The scholarship amounts are diversified according to the economic condition of your family unit and the status of Resident, Commuter or Non Resident Student.
In order to have the non resident student status, you must correctly document a domicile.

If you are eligible for the scholarship, you are entitled to the total tuition fee exemption and the refund of the regional tax. You can also ask to convert part of your scholarship into catering vouchers.

When will you know about your application?
After the deadlines for application have expired, we will publish the ranking lists for the different benefits. You can find the publication dates on the dedicated page.
Being eligible just means that you meet the requirement set by the competition announcement.
You will be informed about the possible assignment through your Dossier Utente, after the publication of the pre definitive ranking list. .
Get in touch with the Secretariat of your study course to learn about the state of your career. ER.GO can only remove the condition when the Secretariat will communicate that your career is active.
