One to one career interviews

What are they?

They consist of personalized career interviews of about one hour, made with ER.GO career advisor, aimed at guiding into the labour market.

The consultancy can be limited to just one interview, but, more often, it is organized in a series of interviews. The number and length of interviews is agreed with you.

Which are the goals?

One-to-one career guidance interviews are useful to:

- check the acquired skills and explore the professional interests and the possible projects;

- define professional goals;

- define action plans to achieve the established goals, including the use of the most effective job search tools;

- write CVs and cover letters coherent with the selected goals;

- get ready, also through mock interviews, for facing remote and in-person job interviews.
