RECEPTION OF FRESHPEOPLE IN ER-GO RESIDENCES

The Project is aimed at students staying in Er-go residential facilities       .

Under the calendar item you can consult the programming carried out in  the various ER.GO offices,  and register online for the meetings

The following meetings are normally scheduled:

 

WELCOME MEETING

At each ER.GO branch, a welcome meeting is organized by mid-October for all freshpeople guests of our  residences, to bring students together, and  operators with students as well. It is an opportunity for a first contact with students. ER.GO operators will be there to collect students' needs, to invite and encourage them to subsequent collective meetings, making themselves available for individual interviews, according to a personalized path.

At this meeting, you will have the opportunity to meet operators from the University and city services who deal with young people.

 

ER.GO SERVICES FOR YOU

A meeting is organized at each ER.GO branch to provide detailed information on ER.GO services, on how to maintain the scholarship and the accommodation and about  the regulation of residences.

 

TOUR: GET TO KNOW OUR CITY

It is organized in collaboration with the tourism services and youth offices of the University towns. It is a guided tour not only to the important artistic and historical places, but also to get to know the most common meeting places for young people, city and university libraries, youth spaces, telematic rooms, a.s.o.,  that the city provides to university students.
 

THE STUDY PLAN: PASSPORT FOR THE FUTURE WORK: FROM THE STUDY PLAN TO THE UNIVERSITY INTERNSHIP

Workshop divided into two appointments.

Useful information is provided to answer the following questions: What job would I like to do? What type of career would I like to pursue? In what context would I like to operate? How can I build my study plan to get as close as possible to those goals? How important is an  internship experience, and why? Is it  better  to carry it out in Italy, or abroad?

 

TIME MANAGEMENT

Workshop divided into two appointments.

The goal is to help freshpeople to face the main problems related to time management and to identify what actions can be most effective in achieving the desired results, as regards as study objectives and personal planning.

 

UNIVERSITY SERVICES

A meeting is organized at each ER.GO branch to provide detailed information on the services the University offers to students;  in particular, the activities and types of tutoring carried out by  each University are described.

 

INDIVIDUAL INTERVIEWS (BY APPOINTMENT)

Guidance operators are available, by appointment, to provide useful information aimed at:

- support students in their impact with university life and to overcome any difficulties of inclusion/ integration, including accompanied referral to the relevant ER.GO and local services;

- re-definition of the educational and professional goals of students and support about motivation to study;

- definition of individual job placement plans, aimed at students, guests and non-residents, graduates, doctorates and researchers.
